It also includes the pediatric population and is graded on a curve. BUT, do not let this intimidate you! You can do it, just as many others have. National certification has long been a make of excellence in the health care community for nurses. The CNRN certification states to the world that you are well versed with a specific body of knowledge in the world of neuroscience. Nurses with the CNRN have demonstrated better patient outcomes and satisfaction through patient surveys, decreased hospital length of stay, and decreased iatrogenic complications, among other things. You can do it, create a culture of certification at your workplace!
